Welcome to Muzoon Design. By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging with our studio.
1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of the Muzoon Design website and all creative services provided by the studio. By booking or collaborating with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Services
Muzoon Design offers bespoke creative services including branding, art direction, editorial design, packaging, and digital content. All services are tailored to each client and detailed in a written proposal prior to commencement.
3. Payments
Full payment (100%) is required in advance to confirm your booking and begin any design work. All payments are non-refundable, as time, research, and creative development begin immediately upon confirmation. Please ensure you have reviewed all project details carefully before proceeding.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revisions, as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope will incur additional fees.
5. Timelines
Typical project timelines range from 2–4 weeks, not including weekends or public holidays. Timelines may vary depending on the project scope and client response times. Delays in feedback or approvals may extend delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All concepts, drafts, and design materials remain the property of Muzoon Design until full payment is received. Upon completion, the client gains rights to the final approved deliverables. Unused concepts remain the property of the studio.
7. Usage Rights
Clients are granted the right to use final deliverables solely for the agreed-upon purpose. Muzoon Design retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, exhibitions, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of design work, payments are non-refundable. Should a project be cancelled or paused by the client, all work completed up to that point remains the property of Muzoon Design.
9. Confidentiality
All client materials and project details are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Muzoon Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of delivered materials, website content, or third-party services.
11. Updates to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Any revisions will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
